I see so much self-critical body talk about body changes during pregnancy, and it always makes me sad to think that there are people feeling self-conscious during an already emotionally overwhelming time. 

If your body feels softer, stretched, or bruised these days, I hope you can look in the mirror and see what I’ve seen every single time I passed by a pregnant mama on the street over the last decade of my fertility struggles: a living, walking miracle. 🤍

If someone in your life is pregnant right now, tell her how beautiful she looks today. And if that’s you, repeat that to yourself and really know it’s true. 🫶
