#Exclusive: The sports and music agency Wasserman will get a new name after embattled founder #CaseyWasserman divests his stake.

Talks are already underway at Providence Equity Partners, which owns more than 60% of the sports and talent agency, to rebrand the firm once its founder formally completes his exit, a source familiar with the plans told TheWrap on Sunday.

The founder retains roughly a 40% stake, though it remains unclear whether that share will be sold to Providence or to a third party.
