A new social network (clockout.app) that’s claiming to only accept “smart people” is gaining popularity across Cleveland as it reaches 500,000 users nationwide.

Accepted users say they use the app to attend private dinners, mixers, and galas, but many are saying they didn’t get access. We do not know how the app decides who is “smart” enough to get accepted or not.
