I JUST COMPLETED A 64 HOUR FAST

VITALITY BOWLS
VACAVILLE, CA

I did a 64 hour fast and only allowed myself to have water, edibles and coffee. I haven’t been fasting, intermittent fasting or eating healthy for about 4 months now. No lie, I gained about 25-30 lbs just by being lazy 😫🤦🏽‍♂️ I’m breaking my fast with a ginger shot, green smoothie no milk sub coconut water and a salad/grain bowl no chicken no feta cheese. I love vitality bowl. I started off going here for the fresh juice and Acai bowls after I hiked mission peaks.
