Pancake Day just got an upgrade 🥞

At the Centre for Lifestyle Medicine and Behaviour, we’re researching how to get people to move more and sit less during the day. Snackitivity promotes physical activity and reduces risk of disease and is as simple as mixing pancake batter. 

Adding short bouts of physical activity, to get your heart beating faster means Snackitvity can be done from anywhere. So why not try it this Shrove Tuesday?
