Chanda Allen-Baffoe is the Executive Director of the V2500 program at Pratt & Whitney, overseeing the P&L and engine strategy for the International Aero Engines joint venture. She has held leadership roles since joining P&W in 2014, earning multiple Presidential Leadership Awards. Chanda previously spent 14 years at GE in various global roles. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an MPA, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. An avid traveler, she’s visited nearly 50 countries and enjoys volunteering and family time.
