- I struggled with this most my life. In this video you can see moments where im probably thinking about a million other things, doubting the shot, or myself & it shows in my communication. Its hard for some, to directly and clearly communicate without seeming harsh. But folks dont know whats going on in your 🧠! Speak like you know watchu talking bout!!! Over communicate, leave no wiggle room for errors or assumptions. And  do this while having joyful spirit. Whether youre paying them to do a job, or they are helping you with a passion project because they love your vision, speak with confidence. People will respect that and be more inclined to be led!
