Deborah, a junior Chemistry major from Nassau, Bahamas, has been awarded a Sustainable Future Travel Grant to attend and present at the 30th Annual Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference in San Antonio, Texas (June 15–18, 2026).
She will present undergraduate research focused on developing an environmentally friendly reaction methodology for organic compound synthesis under the mentorship of Dr. Arjun Kafle.
