(yields 1 loaf sandwich bread) 

¾ cup (175 ml) water
½ cup (125 ml) whole milk
9g instant yeast
3 cups (440g) bread flour
1.5 tsp (8g) fine sea salt
1 Tbsp (21g) granulated sugar
3 Tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, softened

Peanut Butter:

2.5 cups (375g) raw peanuts
½ tsp (5g) fine sea salt

Strawberry Jam:

2 lbs (900g) strawberries, halved or quartered
3 cups (550g) granulated sugar
