Drill of the Day - Ground Ball Swipe 

The purpose of the drill is to ensure that the Ball Carrier generates power & explosion out of the JUMP CUT ( by over exaggerating the leverage ). Swiping the ground as if you are picking up a ground ball ( baseball analogy ) will help with over exaggerating the leverage. Generating power & exploding out of CUTS will help Ball Carriers avoid violent collision(s) from Defenders which will ultimately prevent contact injuries & concussions. ‘RUN’member, we are in this game for the longevity, so we must ‘RUN’main healthy & ‘RUN’liable. therunningbackclub
