Practice that touch! When a ball is coming out of the air you want to be able to control it with ease! Start with just making the ball drop softly to the ground with a gentle foot in the way of it touching the ground. Once you've mastered that you can move on to practicing taking your touch to one side or the other. This will help you in a game when a defender is closing down on you or you can touch the ball onto your dominate foot for an easy, setup shot. Tag us with your first touch out of the air!
