FOLLOW kalejunkie for more! The VIRAL NO WATER CHICKEN SOUP is totally worth making! I’ve been pretty sick and the only thing that sounded good to me was chicken soup, so I decided to give it a go! My mind is actually blown. The juices from the veggies, fruits and chicken release under pressure, creating a thick, nourishing broth. Then you remove the chicken, shred it, and add it back to the pot and serve—it is total comfort food for the soul. There are different variations floating around but in mine I added Napa cabbage, carrots, celery, onion, apple, fresh finger and betterthanbouillon. Then I added an organic chicken, more fresh ginger and salt. Cover the pot—this is critical so the moisture doesn’t release. Set on low heat for 2 1/2 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and you see the broth. Shred the chicken, add it back in and enjoy this incredibly hearty and nourishing soup. Please tag the original creator below so I can provide proper credit!

1/2 napa cabbage, roughly chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 pink lady apple, sliced
2 inch knob ginger, sliced
2 tb betterthanbouillon chicken bouillon
1 organic chicken

Add everything to a very large dutch oven, placing the chicken on top of the veggies. Cover and turn heat to a low simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Shred the chicken, return it to the broth and enjoy!
