An 18-meter-tall giant #snowman in northeast China’s #Harbin was dismantled overnight on Saturday, along with hundreds of smaller snow figures. As temperatures climbed to around 0°C — far above the safe preservation level — the massive sculpture began melting, its face distorting and structure weakening.
