Along with the new Nike uniforms, Auburn Baseball debuted a new batting helmet this past weekend on Opening Day.

Paired with the all navy uniforms, the batting helmets now feature a navy AU logo with a white outline. This matches the caps worn on the field, a common design choice in recent years. Last year, the helmet featured a solid white AU logo when paired with the navy tops.

The Tigers will continue to wear the primary orange/white AU logo and the throwback Block A logo helmets, depending on which hat is worn for the game.
