• 12 frozen chicken tenders (air fried)
• 3/4 cup Caesar dressing
• 3/4 cup  hot sauce
• About 1 lb of romaine lettuce
• 4 Diced tomatoes
• Shredded parmesan (inside)
• parmesan for the cheese “blanket”
