Lumpiang Hubad refers to a Filipino vegetable dish. It is basically composed of the same ingredients used to cook lumpiang sariwa. The difference between the two dishes is the wrapper. The name of this dish is literally translated as “naked lumpia” and gets its name from the absence of lumpia wrapper.
