## Caption

My return to social media: long overdue post but I wanted to update you all on life as we enter the middle portion of August. Also shoutout to the supremely talented @grohoskephotography for these pics from June’s PFL event at @wintrustarena. 

1. My podcast, @bandosbreakdown, recently hit 55 episodes last week. I feel like I have been able to be myself on the show while representing the brands I associate with and  the topics I care about deeply.

2. Self-care/self belief: I sometimes struggle with putting myself first. With how busy my life has been over the last year, I have made it a habit to really take in moments, take less pictures and do things that make me happy without feeling like work is a burden upon me.

3. What to expect on this page moving forward: everything. If you support or like what I do, I think you’ll be pleased with what I have in store!
