🍫 Typically, I’m not the biggest fan of banana bread, but these muffins have changed that. My fiancé has been requesting banana bread for the longest time, and I was inspired by my sister-in-law’s recent banana bread.

🦢I decided to make him something to boost his spirits after he’d been sick, while watching Queen Charlotte as we wait 1 more week for part II of Bridgerton.

Here’s what you need to try this at home:

4 ripe medium bananas
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 tbsp vanilla paste
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate baking wafers
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
