10 周年を迎えたヒルトンの料飲コンテスト
「F&B マスターズ 2026」

2026 年2 月3 日（火）～5 日（木）の3 日間、ヒルトンの料飲コンテスト 「F&B マスターズ 2026」 日本・韓国・ミクロネシア地区決勝大会がヒルトン広島で開催されました。
今年は日本・韓国・グアム（ミクロネシア）より過去最多8 ブランド32 ホテルから、予選を勝ち抜いた135 名のファイナリストが集結。
料理・菓子・ソムリエ・バー・バリスタ・フォトの6 部門で技を競い合いました。
ヒルトン広島からも各部門に１名ずつが参加し、料理部門で第２位、菓子部門で第３位、フォト部門で第２位という輝かしい成績を収めました✨

中でもフォト部門で受賞した中村は昨年バー部門第２位に続き、２年連続の受賞！

今後も皆さまにより素敵な体験をお届けできるよう、チームメンバー一同精進してまいります！

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Hilton’s prestigious food and beverage competition, “F&B Masters 2026,” was held at Hilton Hiroshima from February 3 (Tue) to 5 (Thu), 2026, hosting the Japan, Korea, and Micronesia Regional Finals.

This year marked a record-breaking edition, bringing together 135 finalists who advanced through rigorous preliminary rounds, representing 32 hotels across eight brands from Japan, Korea, and Guam (Micronesia). Competitors demonstrated their expertise across six categories: Culinary, Pastry, Sommelier, Bar, Barista, and Photography.

Hilton Hiroshima was proudly represented by one team member in each category, achieving remarkable results: 2nd place in Culinary, 3rd place in Pastry, and 2nd place in Photography.

Notably, Mr. Nakamura, who received recognition in the Photography category this year, achieved his second consecutive award following his 2nd place finish in the Bar category last year.

The entire team remains dedicated to continuous refinement and excellence as we strive to deliver ever more exceptional and memorable experiences to our valued guests.
