It’s my honor to recognize two young men who have inspired myself and so many others. Mohamed Abdalla and Baradin Ahmed came to Kansas City as refugees in 2017. Their journey hasn’t been easy, but their resilience, willingness to learn, and positive outlook on life has left a lasting impression on their peers at kciacademy and rockhursths. These two were named the bluecrossblueshieldkc #SportingSamaritan for the month of April and we had a great time celebrating sportingkc
