🔥 There’s a new dining experience downtown where fire and tableside action are front and center!

elgauchosteakhouse recently opened its doors at the former Western Proper and Old Spaghetti Factory space on Idaho Street. 

The remodel is impressive. Replacing the bowling lanes with an elevated fine dining atmosphere, featuring restored brick and a wraparound bar with a fire feature. It’s completely transformed!��My experience was wonderful. The service was top-tier. Food and cocktails were rich, well-prepared, and as delicious as you’d expect from a fine dining experience like this. 🍸

🔥 El Gaucho features dry aged steaks, fresh seafood, smoked cocktails, and signature tableside presentations including flaming skewers and classic Caesar made right at the table. 

Originally founded in Seattle in 1953, El Gaucho built its reputation across the Northwest. The brand is known for old school tableside service, premium steaks, and a vibe perfect for celebrations.
