According to the SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler 2022 Lay of the Land Report, Osceola County was one of the leading counties in upland acres sold and it ranked as one of the top-selling counties with an average lot price of $75,278 in 2022.

Last year, BTI Partners purchased 538 acres for $28 million in Osceola County and plans to build on the southwest shore of Lake Tohopekaliga over 2,600 residential units and a town center that includes retail, restaurants, office and entertainment.

While promoting walkability for future residents, BTI Partners’ development will help accommodate Central Florida’s demographic growth.
