Communication from athletes to coaches and coaches to athletes makes a huge differences. So many on both sides I speak to are assuming things rather than just using their voices & communicating their thoughts. We have to start believing in the person. Remember it’s a journey- let’s recognize the learning process, not just the outcome. #cantstopwontstop
