DEFENSIVE CLINIC 🔥

Our defensive clinic is a high energy session that will focus on skills athletes need for strong foundational and intermediate defensive skills. This clinic will include key techniques such as serve receive, digging, defensive footwork and reading the hitter. Players will also work on reaction time, ball control and game like scenarios to better ready them for the defensive aspects to the game.
