When Kim was 14, she was diagnosed with kidney failure. A wish to visit her favourite theme park gave her the hope and strength she needed to get through her life-saving transplant.

Now, 25 years later, Kim finds herself on the other side of a wish journey. Her son, Evan, was diagnosed with a brain tumour and will soon be granted a life-changing wish of his own.
