The rough waves today are reminding me about how rough the real estate market has been over the past two years for our clients. We’ve had extreme increases post Covid with the 1.99% interest rate rates, changes in policy, changes in the economy, and we have seen an average correction of 10%. However, we have to be thankful for the big waves. Big waves for us to think outside of the box, to pivot, and try something new. In spite of the challenging market, our team still came out on top. We were in the top 5% of agents within our brokerage, but this was primarily because of how we served our clients. We communicated better, we increased our skills, gave him better data to make better decisions, and helped them move forward. 2026 is going to be all about doing this on a whole other level.  #kellyraaberealestate #thekellyraabegroup #TeamExpansion #coquitlam #portmoody
