Introducing kinilaw na hamachi 🐟💖

Ki - knee - law = literally “eaten raw” is a raw seafood dish and preparation native to the Philippines. It relies on vinegar and acidic juices to “cook” the ingredients. 

Usually eaten as an appetizer or as pulutan - It’s perfect with all of our new cocktails 😛 

Our version is made with hamachi, cara cara oranges, burnt coconut crema, cara cara kosho, micro cilantro.

Perfect for that refreshing light bite to go with your meal. 🧡💚
