HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Backstory: In 2019 I was training for a 100 mile race. During my training runs I couldn’t break past 38 miles. I didn’t think that was too shabby for someone over 50…. But it wasn’t gunna get me far enough in my race.

Then I heard about a Navy Seal and legend named chadwright278. Who taught me the power of the spoken word (amongst other things). 

That day I shattered my 38 miles, and ultimately used the name strategy to get me over the finish line of a 100 mile race
