Breaking news out of Washington: The Supreme Court just handed down a massive 6-3 ruling striking down the Trump administration's sweeping global tariffs.

The ruling found that the president overstepped his authority by using a 1977 emergency powers law (IEEPA) to unilaterally impose the tariffs without Congress. Note: The transcript mentions "EPA," which is a common audio transcription error for IEEPA (International Emergency Economic Powers Act).
