On Feb. 12, NC welcomed back alumni Chefs Erica and Josh Karbelnik for a special Chef Signature Series: A Chef’s Journey event at Benchmark. 

Culinary students got to cook alongside the award-winning duo, learning hands-on techniques and hearing the stories behind each dish— from NC Chardonnay pairings to a gold-medal-winning canapé.

A night that celebrated not just culinary mastery, but the hands-on learning and the people who make every journey at NC unforgettable.
