Feel like your toddler won’t ever touch a veggie?!

Try giving them a crunchy coating!

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, easy to grab & dip! Sometimes it’s not just the veggie, it’s the presentation 🤌🏼

Here’s what ya need:
zucchini
egg wash (or could spray w EVOO for egg-free)
breadcrumbs or almond flour
grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast (for DF)
italian seasoning
salt & pep
>> cut zucchini (the thinner the crispier), pat dry, dip in egg wash or spray with oil, coat in breadcrumb + parm mixture, bake at 425F for 20-25 min

Pair with a yogurt ranch dip, marinara sauce, or whatever their favorite is! Bonus points if you include your little one in the cooking process bc all that exposure + autonomy pays off 🙂‍↔️
