苺と魔法に包まれる、眠れる森のティータイムへようこそ！
本日は物語のアイテムを思わせるデザートを一部ご紹介いたします🍓

🍓カシス・スピンドル🍓
物語に出てくる紡ぎ車の針をチョコレート細工で表現。なめらかなミルクチョコレートを中に忍ばせたカシスムースです。
🍓ストロベリー・スリーピング・フォレスト🍓
アーモンドタルトの上に茨の森をイメージしました。いちごのクリームとコク深いマスカルポーネクリームを重ねたストロベリーモンブランタルトです。

このほかにもフェアリーをイメージしたデザートなど、物語の世界観を散りばめたスイーツとセイヴォリーをご用意してます。

Today, we are delighted to introduce a selection of desserts inspired by iconic elements from the story.

🍓 Cassis Spindle 🍓
A delicate chocolate-crafted spindle, reminiscent of the spinning wheel from the tale, crowns a luscious cassis mousse with smooth milk chocolate hidden within.

🍓 Strawberry Sleeping Forest 🍓
An almond tart topped with a thorny forest motif, layered with strawberry cream and rich mascarpone, creating a strawberry Mont Blanc tart full of depth and elegance.

In addition, you will find desserts inspired by fairies and a variety of sweets and savories that beautifully capture the enchanting world of the story.
