Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. gin
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- .75 oz. graham cracker syrup
- top with lime zest cold foam
- garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and graham cracker crumbles

Graham cracker simple syrup:

1. Combine 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, and two crushed graham crackers in a pot.

2. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes to thicken.

3. Once cooled, strain and store in an air tight container for two weeks.

Lime Zest Cold Foam
- 1 oz. milk
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 2 tbs. granulated sugar
- lime zest
