Today Linny brought me a gift from her trip to BAPS Temple 😊. I love incense and Bhakti yoga. She knows me so well. 🫶 

So we lit the incense and went LIVE with a new mantra for you, too. 

🎶OM MANI PADME HUM🎶
Chanting this mantra is purifying, cultivates compassion and wisdom. It calms the mind and leads one towards inner peace. 
What I love the most is that When we sing ~ we come into presence, we regulate and we expand our energy field with clarity. 💖
