Marco Penge has seized control of the leaderboard at the #genesisinvitational with three consecutive birdies, the last of which came on the 14th hole. His second-round ascent has put world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler in jeopardy of missing his first cut since August 2022. Penge, who co-led after the opening round, is at 11-under par with two holes left to play at Riviera Country Club.
