SAVE + SHARE  if you’re thinking about building a new construction home. 

Now that our new build is officially underway, I’m sharing the tours and floor plans that didn’t make the cut. This was our thought process, what didn’t work for us, and how we landed on the home we chose after going through this process for the second time. 

The model home in this video is the Kennedy II by GFO Homes. It was about  4,300 square feet and started in the 700s in the neighborhood we were considering. Loved a lot about it, but ultimately it helped confirm what we did and didn’t want.
