‼️ Not all nasal iodine sprays are created equal. 🆘 

There are knockoffs circulating online that contain added ingredients that can irritate or damage the nasal lining. Those should go back.

The safe formulation uses a micro-amount of iodine derived from potassium iodide. This helps thin mucus so it drains more easily and supports the nose’s natural defense by producing activated iodine that helps neutralize germs.

The iodine exposure is extremely small, less than what you’d get from a large serving of fries, and is not enough to disrupt thyroid function when used as directed.
