## Caption

Gov. Matt Meyer announced on Sunday that he has declared a state of emergency for Delaware because of the major storm headed to the area. 

The Delaware Valley could get anywhere from 8 to 22 inches of snow depending on the location starting Sunday night. 

In a post on social media, Gov. Meyer urged people to "prepare now, please stay off the roads once the storm begins, and look out for your neighbors."
