“I think that being a director and learning from [the actors in ‘Parachute’] made me such a better actor,” says Brittany Snow, who made her directorial debut in 2023 with film ‘Parachute.’ The film, which she co-wrote with Becca Gleason, follows Riley, a woman in her early 20s who gets out of a rehab facility and finds herself trapped in a cycle of combating body dysmorphia, food addiction, and numbing herself with relationships.
