The last few months have been tough. Mentally draining. Testing in ways people don’t always see from the outside. When you care as much as I do, you don’t and can’t hide from it, you feel every result, every setback, every conversation.

There were moments that could’ve knocked the belief out of you. Moments where it would’ve been easier to step back, protect yourself, detach a little. But that’s not why I’m here. Recently however, you can feel a lift around the place. A reminder of what this football club demands and what it deserves.

I’m here for the right reasons. Not for comfort. Not for credit. Not for the easy days. I’m here because I believe in and I love this club, especially when it’s hard.

It’s been a challenging period. But I still believe 🦐
