Noisy neighbours can be annoying and as members of the Loughborough community we should always treat our neighbours with respect. 

Avoid anti-social behaviour: loud noise in anti-social hours, avoid blocking the pavements with bins to keep the streets of Loughborough free from litter. 🗑️
