If you’re looking for Mexican food in the Denver area, this spot has it all — fresh fruit cups, micheladas and margaritas at el_matadorbar, quesabirria tacos I can never say no to, street tacos, elote en vaso, aguas frescas, and even gourmet specialties.

You can shop for cowboy boots, Mexican candy, party décor, and more — it’s giving full mercado energy right here in Colorado.

Pro tip: Grab an agua fresca… then stop by the bar for a little tequila and make it your own margarita. Shhh.
