It’s always a joy to see rappers covering songs in the pop, rock, soul or other genres 🎸

It’s interesting to see them cover the bands who inspired them in their rap careers, such as Lil Uzi Vert’s obsession with Hayley Williams & Paramore, or Kanye West’s love for Freddie Mercury & Queen. 

In the case of JAY-Z, he actually covered ‘Wonderwall’ to troll Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher for saying hip-hop didn’t belong at the 2008 Glastonbury festival 😂
