Two lanes of I-90 were closed Monday afternoon after multiple cows were seen running loose in the area. 

According to New York State Police, a livestock trailer pulled onto the shoulder and three cows escaped. The area of Ridge Road and Route 179 was closed as officials attempted to corral the animals.
