The mother of Laken Riley, Allyson Phillips, thanked President Trump for never forgetting her daughter.

Phillips was a guest at the White House on Monday for the signing of an executive order establishing Angel Family Day, to honor two survivors and 62 people killed by illegal migrants. 

The date was chosen in remembrance of Laken Riley, who was killed by an illegal migrant on February 22, 2024.

He was also joined by Jody Jones, whose brother, Rocky, was shot and killed by an illegal migrant.

He addressed the audience at the White House, calling out Democrats. "I'm sick and tired of hearing these [Democrat] politicians stand up on these podiums and say how sorry they are for seeing these criminal illegal aliens being 'ripped apart' from their families. What about us?" Jones said. "We mean something to, and this man right here understands it."

Marie Vega told the story of her son, former U.S. Marine & Border Patrol Agent Javier Vega, Jr., who was murdered by illegal migrant criminals.
