Salsa Recipe
⭐️ 1 avocado 
⭐️ 1 bunch cilantro 
⭐️ 6 cloves roasted garlic 
⭐️ 2 roasted tomatillos 
⭐️ 1/4 cup water 
⭐️ 2 tbsp chicken bouillon 
TO MAKE:
👉🏾 Combine all ingredients in blender or processor until smooth!

TIPS FOR MAKING:
1️⃣ Any leftover protein (chicken, beef, lamb, pork) will work. Just make sure it’s shredded or chopped up.
2️⃣ Place the cheese on the bottom in the middle of the tortilla under the meat as opposed to on top. This prevents it from running out. 
3️⃣ Don’t overcrowd your pan, fry in batches if needed. Keep the oil hot so they come out crispy.
