🫧 🌈 Bubble Rainbow 🌈 🫧 
You are going to want to try this… it’s so much fun and kept all 3 of mine entertained for AGES! 

Not only is it fun but blowing bubbles requires a controlled, deep exhalation. So, blowing bubbles is great for regulating emotions and creating a sense of calm. 

We did this after school today and it was such a lovely way for them to wind down after a busy day at school. 

You just combine dish soap, a drop of water and a drop of food colouring. 

Create a bubble snake wand by connecting some kitchen towel to a straw with an elastic band. 

Dip your wand in the mixture and BLOW.
