DPRK held a large military parade in Pyongyang on Wednesday night, capping a week-long Ninth Congress of the ruling Workers’ Party, as leader Kim Jong Un vowed to further expand the country’s nuclear arsenal. Kim said DPRK would accelerate efforts to increase the number of nuclear weapons and diversify delivery systems, including more advanced intercontinental ballistic missiles, AI-enabled attack capabilities and unmanned systems. He indicated that future ties with the United States would depend entirely on Washington’s approach. Meanwhile, DPRK has "absolutely no business dealing with South Korea, its most hostile entity, and will permanently exclude South Korea from the category of compatriots", Kim said.
