Can I be vulnerable for a second? 

I’ve been independently consulting b2b small businesses on their branding strategies for two years now. 

I didn’t take my role in the dance music industry seriously until I started building out my podcast in early 2023. 

My IG account had no structure up until that point. Then I started applying the same practices I use with my clients on my own account. 

I’ve gained 1k followers in 2024 alone. People who are here because they’re interested in the value I bring. Every single one of them was hard earned. 

Organic content is a long game. You have to be okay with slow and steady growth. You have to not care about going viral. You need a strategy.

The winds are shifting in the entertainment world. We all have too many options now. The most important thing isn’t how many followers you have — but how many of those followers are obsessed with YOU because of who you are. 

That requires three things: 

•authenticity 
•consistency
•patience
