Freestyle training to techno 2.5 hours into my first weekend shuffle class 🥵 safe to say I was winded, but working on shuffle stamina is SO important and an insane cardio workout. This really pushed me out of my comfort zone since I never shuffle to techno let alone freestyle but you gotta start somewhere!
